We want you to love your sterling silver jewellery! If you're not completely satisfied, you may return or exchange your purchase within 30 days of delivery.

For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns of earrings (unless you had an unfortunate allergic reaction to them).

  • Item must be unworn, in its original condition, and include all tags and packaging.
  • Proof of purchase (order number/receipt) is required.
  • Earrings cannot be returned due to hygiene reasons.
  • Item must be returned within 30 days of purchase.
  • Contact us within 30 days at info@keyyah.com with your order number and reason for return.
  • We’ll provide a return authorization and instructions.
  • Ship the item back in its original packaging using a tracked service (return shipping is the customer’s responsibility).
  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5-7 business days after we receive and inspect the item.
  • Exchanges are subject to product availability. If your desired item is out of stock, we’ll issue a refund instead.

If your jewellery arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days for a replacement or refund (shipping costs covered by us).

Keyyah does not provide repairs facility currently.
