Returns & Exchange Policy
We want you to love your sterling silver jewellery! If you're not completely satisfied, you may return or exchange your purchase within 30 days of delivery.
Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges
· Item must be unworn, in its original condition, and include all tags and packaging.
· Proof of purchase (order number/receipt) is required.
How to Initiate a Return or Exchange
· Contact us within 30 days at info@keyyah.com with your order number and reason for return.
· We’ll provide a return authorization and instructions.
· Ship the item back in its original packaging using a tracked service (return shipping is the customer’s responsibility).
Refunds & Processing
· Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5-7 business days after we receive and inspect the item.
· Exchanges are subject to product availability. If your desired item is out of stock, we’ll issue a refund instead.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your jewellery arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days for a replacement or refund (shipping costs covered by us).
Repairs
Keyyah does not provide repairs facility currently.
