Order Processing Time
Please allow 1-2 business days for us to carefully prepare, quality-check, and package your order for shipment from our Melbourne address. This processing time is separate from the shipping transit times listed below. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays.
Domestic Shipping Options (Within Australia)
1. Standard Shipping for $7.00
Delivery Timeframe: 3-8 business days after processing.
2. FREE Standard Shipping on all orders over $120.
Delivery Timeframe: 3-8 business days after processing.
3. Express Shipping for $17.00
Delivery Timeframe: 2 business days after processing. Orders must be placed before 11:30am.
International Shipping Options
We currently ship to New Zealand, Canada, United Kingdom, Hong Kong, Japan, Malaysia, Singapore, South Korea, United Arab Emirates, Austria, Belgium, Switzerland, Czechia, Germany, Denmark, Spain, Finland, France, Ireland, Italy, Netherlands, Norway, Poland, Portugal and Sweden.
Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number. You can use this number to follow your package’s journey right to your doorstep.
How We Ship
Every piece of jewellery is packaged with care in our signature gift-ready boxes to ensure it arrives in perfect condition. All shipments are fully insured for their value, protecting your purchase from loss or damage during transit.
Things to Keep in Mind
1. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays.
2. The provided delivery timeframes are estimates and are not guaranteed. While we rely on our trusted carrier, Sendle, occasional delays can happen due to weather, customs, or high shipping volumes, especially during peak seasons.
3. Please ensure your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout. We are not responsible for packages shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
